Community Well-Being

We bring accessible wellness experiences directly into neighborhoods and community spaces.

Programs may include Self-Care Labs, restorative circles, mindful movement, chair massage, sound healing, fitness, journaling, and creative arts. These experiences are designed for individuals, families, youth, community groups, and residents who may not otherwise have access to supportive wellness resources.
