Tech Support
The Tech Support Specialist will provide technical support to staff, volunteers, and program participants of Spectrum New Beginnings. This role requires a patient and problem-solving individual with excellent communication and technical skills, with a strong focus on supporting the organization's website, web hosting, email, CRM, and other software applications.
